All items in our store are made to order, produced individually for each customer. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
We Offer Replacements Only If:
- The item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, and
- You contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
If approved, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost or issue store credit.
We Cannot Refund:
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.
- Incorrect size, color, or address provided by the customer.
- Delays caused by customs or local postal services.
How to Report an Issue
Please email catia@chapterwalls.com within 14 days of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- Description of the problem
- Photos of the product and packaging
