Choosing a floral wallpaper
The biggest decision is scale. Small, scattered flowers, like our tulip and daisy prints, read almost as a texture and suit small rooms and busy spaces. Large-scale florals, like the oversized sketch floral, gold peony and dark floral damask, make a statement and work best on one wall or in a room you want to feel dramatic. Then choose your ground: light backgrounds keep things airy, while navy, black and deep green make every bloom stand out.
Where floral wallpaper works best
Florals are a natural fit for bedrooms, guest rooms and powder rooms, where a bit of romance goes a long way. In living and dining rooms, one floral wall behind a sofa, bed or sideboard brings in color and pattern without overwhelming the space. Block-printed and Mughal-inspired florals pair well with warm woods, brass and patterned textiles, while watercolor florals feel right in nurseries and cottage-style rooms.
Peel and stick or traditional?
Every design is printed to order in 24-inch-wide panels, in heights from 76 to 124 inches, and ships in 2–5 business days. Peel and stick is removable and renter-friendly, while traditional wallpaper is the better choice for a long-term install. Our material comparison guide explains the difference, and our measuring guide helps you work out how many panels you need. Want to see the flowers at full size first? Order a sample: choose the 7×7" or 24×24" sample in the Size menu on any product page.
Frequently asked questions
Will a floral wallpaper make my room feel busy?
Not if you match the scale to the space. A single accent wall, or a print on a soft background, adds pattern without clutter.
Can I mix floral wallpaper with other patterns?
Yes. Pair it with a simpler pattern in a shared color, such as a stripe or small geometric, and keep one pattern clearly dominant. Our guide to mixing wallpaper prints has more ideas.
Does peel and stick wallpaper damage walls?
Not on properly prepared walls. Read our honest answer.
